This is really funny. I like that ad by Jennifer where the choice is given between her cat and husband. I hope that wasn't a real ad though. You really bring smile on my face with such funny hubs. Thumbs up for a great hub.

A man sent me that about the police not having anyone to send and then storming the place more or less a while back, and said it happened in Mississippi, USA. I alsol have read the one about the cat and the husband before and wonder if it is ture or not. More likely it would only be to get his attention that he better straighten up or she would be leaving--I think.
I really like the one that his wife bit him while he was cooking pancakes.

My, my, what an ecclectic collection of funnies you have! A little something for every taste. Love it!!! I agree -- Steven wronged the wrong wife! And as for Southern Comfort being the "liquid panty remover" that sure brings back memories of freshman year. I had a run-in with a bottle of SC that involved me stripping down to my panties. From what I was told, I tried (unsuccessfully) to cover the rest with a towel. It only got worse from there, and that was the last time I ever drank Southern Comfort.

I love your funny hubs! We all need to laugh, a lot!!! Loved the one about "free to a good home." I've had days where I wanted to keep the cat and find a new home for hubbie!...seriously, after 35 years, what woman hasn't had that thought????

Cindy, I haven't got through even the first half of your Hub, and I am laughing so hard my eyes are tearing. I promise to come back later to enjoy the rest.
Meanwhile, thanks so much (eyes getting blurred by laughing tears now), for the Simon videos, which I'd never seen before. I am a cat person, and I've found it very hard to find any enjoyment in anything cat-related since my special kitty, Ed, died this last spring. The Simon scenes warmed my heart, broke me up with laughter, and I kind of imagine my Ed being that cat.

I have several favorites, but the top ones for me were Simon's cats and the I Will Survive clip. Absolutely hysterical! My cat Sasha does exactly that to me, where she gets on me when I'm lying down and does the kneading thing, and if I don't pay attention, I get the paw gently across my cheek. Very cute!
